Role Description
This full-time, on-site Coordinator role is based in Birmingham and involves managing and coordinating maintenance operations to ensure smooth service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing communication with clients and tenants, scheduling and prioritising maintenance tasks, and liaising with the onsite team to resolve issues efficiently. The Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring progress on tasks, and ensuring timely response to emergencies. The role requires multitasking, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
* Strong organisational skills, task prioritisation, and time management capabilities
* Excellent communication and client service skills, including managing tenant and client relations
* Ability to coordinate teams, delegate tasks, and monitor performance
* Proficiency in basic office tools and systems for documentation and communication
* Flexibility to respond to emergency situations and work under pressure
* Previous experience in facility management, maintenance coordination, or related fields is an advantage
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative in resolving maintenance issues efficiently
