I have been retained by a well-established main contractor who operate within the Residential, Commercial and Educational sectors. They are actively looking for a Technical Manager to join their growing team. The role includes primary responsibility for design management and co-ordination of all technical aspects of projects from planning approval through to project completion. Duties will include reviewing design compliance, design eiciency, buildability and developing value engineering opportunities with the commercial and operation teams.
