Assist the sales team with day to day administrative tasks
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately
Enter and update customer and sales data into CRM systems with precision
Regularly audit data forpleteness and correctness to maintain integrity
Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
Generate sales reports and maintain accurate records for management review.
Organise and file documentation inpliance withpany policies.
Ensure adherence topany procedures and data protection regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
