A growing construction business is looking for a proactive Sales & Administration Coordinator to support customer enquiries, generate new opportunities, and provide day-to-day office support. This role suits someone confident speaking with clients, commercially aware, and comfortable working within the construction supply chain.
Key Responsibilities for Sales Coordinator
* Identifying and developing new sales leads across construction sector
* Managing incoming enquiries and progressing them into qualified opportunities
* Building rapport with builders, developers, and self-build customers
* Assisting the estimating team with documentation, quotations, and follow-up
* Handling general office administration and maintaining accurate records
* Delivering a professional, responsive service to all customers and contacts
Skills & Experience for Sales Coordinator
Previous experience in a sales or customer-focused role
Construction or building materials background helpful but not essential
Confident telephone manner and comfortable initiating conversations
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
Clear communicator with solid IT skills
