Role Overview
- Supporting with personal care, nutritional support, social care, welfare checks and medication administration to individuals based within their own homes.
- Working unsupervised, alone or as a pair.
- Supported by a team of supervisors and a 24/7 on call team.
- Shifts available include Community days 7am - 2pm, lates 4pm - 10pm; Night shifts 9pm - 6am.
- Reliable, committed and a good team player.
- A good communicator who possesses a passion for helping others.
- Driving licence (or be prepared to walk to appointments).
