Job purpose: The Used Vehicle Manager is responsible for all the operations of used vehicle planning, refurbishment, wholesale activity and for the Geely approved used program through the Geely dealer network. Main responsibilities: Lead the sale and remarketing of used vehicles through the Approved Used Dealer Network, maximising revenue and monitoring residual value performance. Collaborate with Retail, Fleet, Dealer Development and Regional Sales teams to maximise used vehicle opportunities across the network. Support dealer capability through training, best-practice implementation, KPI management, stock turn optimisation, quality assurance and vehicle presentation standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer groups, fleet leasing companies, procurement and remarketing teams, and residual value data providers. Act as the primary contact for key external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and strong commercial partnerships. Monitor used vehicle sales performance against targets, providing regular reporting and recommendations to senior management. Work closely with key decision-makers across dealer groups and fleet accounts to drive overall used vehicle business performance. Deliver high levels of customer support, resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement. Collaborate with Aftersales and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and post-sales support. Ensure all activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements and ethical business standards, promoting a culture of integrity and accountability. Education, Skills and Personal characteristics required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, International Business, or a related discipline. Automotive industry experience, including significant responsibility for Used Vehicle Operations. Proven track record of delivering sales performance and achieving operational KPIs. Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of Residual Value (RV) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models. In-depth knowledge of the automotive sector, with particular expertise in Used Vehicle Operations and Approved Used programmes. Comprehensive understanding of used vehicle remarketing, dealer network operations, and industry best practices.
