Overview
The post holder will support the development, roll out and maintenance of Clinical Accreditation across the Trust. They will work closely with the Senior Nurse for Clinical Effectiveness to provide project support, administrative leadership and stakeholder engagement for the project. The post holder will be responsible for their own workload, including coordinating project tasks, updating project documentation and dealing with project stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support, managing and analysing project data, and generating reports. The post holder will be required to adhere to the organisation\'s standards of customer care and to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels across the organisation, by telephone, email or in person, while respecting confidentiality at all times.
Responsibilities
* Communicate with the Project Group, clinical colleagues and topic leads by telephone, email and face to face: to engage relevant colleagues in the Clinical Accreditation Program; to show colleagues the capability of the software; to update on progress with rollout and share data.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support and coordinate project tasks.
* Manage and analyse project data and generate reports.
* Coordinate project documentation and liaise with stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
