As an Administrator, you'll be joining a well-established and growing catalogue and web-based lifestyle brands located just outside Oxford. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary, Monday to Friday office hours, and a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two from home). Purpose of the role:
To support the Buying team in managing the selection and production processes for the catalogue.
Key Responsibilities for the Administrator Role:
1. Filing all invoices for ordering, logging and returning samples from suppliers
2. Organising samples for selection, photo shoots, logging all items on excel
3. Accurately recording information managing all administration related to product selected
4. Writing detailed product descriptions for the Buyer to use in web and catalogue copy
5. Organising all pack ups for photo shoots
6. Logging details of all books and stationery
7. Creating a bank of images for website and catalogue
