We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Southampton. This is a Part-Time, Permanent position offering a competitive salary of up to £24,600 per annum. The role involves working 30 hours per week, with flexibility required, and the core rota may change.

The Role: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets. You will also step in to run the store in the manager's absence. Flexibility, teamwork, and a proactive attitude are essential.
