What you’ll do
* Coordinate fieldwork logistics from set-up to close, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
* Manage supplier relationships – commissioning, onboarding, and supporting vendors throughout the study.
* Track progress daily, highlighting potential challenges and helping keep projects on course.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR, AI and client-specific regulations.
* Support project teams with accurate documentation, reporting and administrative processes.
* Contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

* Commercially aware, with sound judgment in managing vendors and costs.
* Some knowledge of MedTech research is ideal.
* A team player with an eye for detail and a positive, can-do mindset.
Why join
* Supportive, people-first culture – you’ll feel part of the team from day one.
