Job Purpose The Schedule Administrator is a highly organised and detail-oriented person, who oversees the administration and organisation of schedules for our Waste Oil and Hazardous Waste (WWS) division. The ideal candidate will facilitate scheduling waste collection services, using both email and phone, have good organisation skills and professional customer service manor. This role requires strong communication skills, time management, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, whilst promoting the Slicker workplace values. Main Tasks and responsibilities Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule waste oil and hazardous waste collections in coordination with customers and internal teams. Optimize collection schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs. Analyse and address any issues in collection frequencies or delays in service. Communicate with drivers, field teams, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery. Update Slicker CRM and other applications to keep track of reoccurring collections. Implement and upkeep container stock system for company equipment off site. Be pro-active in providing the best service for our customers. Customer Service and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries from customers and internal departments. Address and resolve customer issues related to scheduling, billing, or service disruptions. Provide regular updates to management regarding contract performance and compliance Ensure all contracts and work orders align with industry regulations and safety standards for handling hazardous materials. Maintain accurate records of all contract changes, amendments, and communications. Support audits by providing required documentation and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local waste management laws. Qualifications / Certificates/Education GCSE’s- A* to C / 9-4 grades Experience Proficient in contract management systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of pricing strategies and financial principles related to contract administration. Customer Focus: Demonstrate a commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of laws and best practices governing waste oil and hazardous waste management.
