Annapurna Recruitment is working with a leading global investment management firm to appoint a Receptionist for their London headquarters. This role is ideal for a polished, professional, and proactive individual who can deliver an exceptional first impression for all visitors and staff, while managing a range of front-of-house and administrative responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
* Be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering a warm, professional welcome both in person and over the phone
* Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring all spaces are clean, well-presented, and ready for use
* Oversee the reception area and communal spaces, keeping them tidy and stocked with necessary facilities
* Support onboarding of new joiners, including creating access passes and assisting on their first day
* Assist with office administration such as post handling, courier arrangements, and ad-hoc support to the Office Manager
* Represent the business with professionalism, discretion, and a customer-focused mindset
What You’ll Bring
* 1–3 years’ experience in a similar front-of-house or reception role
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A proactive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
