Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes of students in the absence of their regular teacher. You will need to be confident in managing behaviour, delivering pre-planned work, and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising classes of students in the absence of their teacher
* Delivering pre-planned work and activities
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively
* Ensuring a safe and positive learning environment
* Building positive relationships with students and staff
Essential Requirements
* Experience working with children and young people
* Strong classroom management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Flexibility and adaptability
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to undertake one)
Desirable Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working as a Cover Supervisor
