What you'll be doing
As our client Success Director, you will help oversee the successful management of campaigns, both large and small. Your responsibilities will include coordinating resources and tasks to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our client's goals. You will also provide valuable support to your team members, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
You will be the primary contact for clients following the sale, with outstanding customer service as your top priority. Building relationships and maintaining clear, open communication will be essential to client retention and the overall success of each campaign.
Your expertise will be an important asset to both the Partnership and Core Business delivery teams, in managing large multichannel campaigns and single-channel projects.
With your leadership and strategic insight, you will drive successful outcomes that benefit both our clients and the business.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
1. Proven project management experience, with a strong grasp of industry-standard processes and methodologies.
2. Experience with marketing channels including print, digital, social, newsletters, and events.
3. Strong budgeting skills, with the ability to manage projects within agreed financial parameters.
4. Experience writing clear and concise campaign reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
5. Exceptional customer service skills, with a client-first mindset.
6. Solid working knowledge of key reporting platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and third-party traffic tools.
