Overview
Projects Ordering Administrator — Our established manufacturing client based in Stafford Park, Telford is looking for a full-time temporary to permanent project ordering administrator to join their busy and pro-active team.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the development of new business within the UK and overseas.
* Purchasing, estimating, progressing, order processing and monitoring.
* Create contractually required documentation, purchase raw materials at competitive prices, track orders and liaise with subcontractors and our internal manufacturing team to estimate manufacturing costs for quoting jobs.
* Assist in processing orders using Microsoft Excel, work dynamically with other team members to win new business, provide feedback and reports to Management, obtain information and updates from suppliers and sub-contractors, arrange logistics with internal partners, and help other departments from time to time.
