FM Contract Support Building Services Bishop's Stortford - £38,000 + Package
An excellent opportunity for an experienced FM Contract Support to work for established National Building Services Company.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Building Services / Facilities Management with a strong administrative background.
Your duties will include all aspects of contract support / day to day administration tasks, working closely with the office team & client, chasing documentation/Invoices, answering calls and emails.
The successful candidate will be tasked with managing all communications between the client and the manager and providing regular updates to ensure that an excellent service is being delivered in keeping with the contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the FM team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Maintain and update records related to maintenance, service contracts, and compliance documentation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
Manage purchase orders & invoices
Act as the first point of contact for FM-related queries and service requests.
Log and track work orders, ensuring timely responses and updates.
Liaise with contractors and internal teams to schedule maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure issues are resolved promptly
Manage WIP
Collate information for the business and customer, ensuring the information is recorded on the system and accessible for all relevant colleagues
Take responsibility for Compliance administration duties assigned for the contract
Requirements
Previous FM / Building Services experience is essential
Excellent customer service skills
The capacity to think ahead, plan and prioritise own workload
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
