This is a full-time, office-based role offering a salary of up to £43,000 depending on experience. You'll play a key role in managing the financial operations and office administration of a dynamic business that delivers high-quality residential development projects. Duties & Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, manage invoice processing, and perform bank reconciliations Oversee VAT returns, support year-end accounting, and liaise with external accountants Track project costs and support cash flow forecasting and budget planning Manage payroll records and assist with processing Provide administrative support including office supply management and diary coordination What Experience is Required At least 3 years’ experience in bookkeeping or finance roles Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and Excel Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills Salary & Benefits Salary up to £43,000 depending on experience Supportive and collaborative team environment Potential for flexible working hours or part-time arrangements Location The role is based in Surrey and is easily commutable from: Caterham, Purley, Croydon, Redhill, Reigate, Coulsdon, Warlingham, and Oxted.
