Our client is a prominent European infrastructure investment firm that manages a diversified portfolio across core and core-plus strategies. With a strong track record and growing investor base, the firm is looking to hire an experienced and motivated Investor Relations Associate or Manager to join its expanding investor relations and fundraising team. This is a high-impact role, working closely with senior management and a global network of institutional investors, contributing to both capital raising initiatives and investor servicing.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to capital raising processes for current and future vehicles, including creating investor presentations, managing due diligence materials, and overseeing data room logistics.
* Keep CRM systems and investor tracking databases up to date, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Coordinate external communications such as investor reports, fund updates, notices, and event logistics.
* Help shape messaging related to fund strategy, performance, and market positioning.
* Produce tailored materials for existing and prospective investors, including pitchbooks and Q&A briefs.
* Collaborate with internal teams - investment, legal, finance, ESG - to align information and communications.
* Perform market intelligence and investor research to support relationship development and targeting.
Candidate Profile
* 3 to 7 years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, fund placement, or advisory roles within infrastructure, private equity, or related real assets sectors.
* Strong knowledge of infrastructure investment themes and an understanding of institutional investor expectations.
* Solid grasp of financial concepts, fund mechanics, and performance metrics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop polished investor-facing materials.
* Strong organisational skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach to managing projects and deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM platforms is advantageous.
