We are recruiting for our client, a leading but growing luxury outdoor/performance brand, based in London with hybrid working.
They are looking for an exceptional retail manager to lead the daily operations of their flagship store. The successful individual needs to be able to communicate both the luxury and performance aspects of the brand.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store’s success across the following parameters:
* Creating and delivering an exceptional brand experience.
* Delivering outstanding customer service
* Sharing expert knowledge in expedition apparel
* Sharing expert knowledge in the outdoors and extreme travel
* Display and merchandising, ensuring a truly wow experience
* Sales of company products and expedition experiences
* Driving reach and customer traffic through local marketing
Responsible for:
* Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
* Customer service
* Co-ordinating in-store events
* Maintaining statistical and financial records
* Dealing with customer service queries and complaints
* Working with Ops team on stock control, movements and logistics
* Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
* Preparing promotional materials and displays

* Familiar / experienced with outdoor experiences, travel and adventure
* Familiar with technical apparel / materials / construction / performance
* Experienced with high quality brand activation and presentational standards
