The Role
Senior Product Manager – responsible for the full product life cycle, from strategy to end-of-life, working with senior stakeholders and defining the product vision.
Your Work At Redgate Software
* Define strategy and vision for a product or substantial area, including commercial plans and clear communication across the organization.
* Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer, Group Product Managers, and other stakeholders to align products with company direction and deliver key objectives.
* Own Redgate’s commercial outcomes and customer success, proactively identifying improvements.
* Co‑operate with other Product Managers and with the Technical Lead, Designer, and Product Marketing Manager to deliver a sustainable roadmap and go‑to‑market plans.
* Model customer‑centricity, evaluate impact on value, time‑to‑value, NPS, and respond with agility.
* Support portfolio‑level decisions and flow of information across the company.
* Act as a product evangelist, liaising with marketing, sales, and finance for key opportunities and commercial success.
* Develop growth opportunities beyond current markets and identify adjacent products.
* Stay current with market requirements, competitors, and evolving customer roles.
* Mentor less experienced Product Managers and promote good product‑management practice.
What You Bring To The Table
* Senior Product Management experience, preferably in B2B software, with high autonomy.
* Customer‑ and commercially‑mindful, delivering best solutions for customers.
* Analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
* Proven market research and competitive analysis skills.
* Ability to take risks and solve complex problems.
* Success developing inspiring product strategies and delivering commercial outcomes.
* Experience in an agile, user‑driven environment, breaking strategy into rapid experiments.
* Capability to influence senior decision makers and negotiate with technical stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, translating complex needs into clear plans.
* Strong customer empathy and ability to ask the right questions.
* Motivation to coach and mentor junior colleagues.

* £70K – £90K depending on experience.
