A fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Block Manager has just come available. The successful candidate will be covering sites across London and the North West - Greater LondonResponsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Respond within 24 hours to emails and phone calls and maintain a good flow of communication
2. Prioritise and effectively manage workload. Have full understanding of leases for each building within your portfolio.
3. Ensure all provisions in the leases are complied with, including for example Health and Safety and insurance provisions.
4. Report to Clients important issues in a timely fashion and maintain good rapport with Clients.
5. Undertake site visits six weekly or the timescale stated in the management agreement.
6. Complete inspection report identifying actions required and upload on to tracker within 24 hours
7. Production of accurate service charge budget within agreed timescales
8. Monitor expenditure and the production of reports and only issue work orders where funds are available
9. Understand The quarterly reports issued to Clients and leaseholders in order to answer any queries
10. Ensure issues on the tracker are kept up to date, acknowledge within 2 hours and actioned within 4 hours and closed off immediately when completed. Team assistant can assist.
