What You’ll Do
* Handle a diverse Fast Track ELPL caseload, maintaining a high standard of legal service and client care.
* Work within established company policies and keep up-to-date with evolving legal standards and industry best practices.
* Collaborate with colleagues and provide assistance to the team to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

Main Responsibilities
* Progress cases in a timely and efficient manner.
* Progress files in line with KPI targets.
* Liaise with clients, experts, barristers, third party solicitors and insurers as necessary.
* Manage pre- and post-issue procedures in a timely and cost-effective manner.
* Pursue cases to conclusion and ensure actions per the Proclaim Action List are completed promptly.
* Accurately record time and maintain client files in accordance with Lexcel and other QA requirements.
* Supervise junior team members.

Essential Skills And Experience
* Up-to-date knowledge of running a Fast Track caseload.
* Knowledge of the Pre-Action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules.
* Knowledge of the MOJ Portal process, six-pack Regulations, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Occupiers Liability Act 1957, and The Highways Act 1980.
* Litigation experience including running cases to Trial; ability to take the lead on cases.
* Understanding of funding, assisting, and taking the lead in sign-ups.
* Case planning, identifying experts, and being proactive.
* Excellent court skills and experience with Pre-Action Disclosure, Infant Settlement Hearings, CMCs, directions, and Cost Budgets; liaising with Part 35 experts and lay witnesses; ensuring continuity.
* Excellent people and client care skills; strong oral and written communication.
* Innovative, proactive, flexible, and capable of meeting deadlines; able to work in a team.
* Full Driving Licence.
