The Role
* Operate the reservation system to maximize restaurant seat usage, ensuring the restaurant is clean and set up prior to service.
* Manage food & beverage operations for the casino bar and valet service.
* Ensure compliance with all legislation and company procedures, including fire, security, health & safety, hygiene, financial, personnel, operational procedures, and licensing regulations.
Customer Service
* Maintain high standards of customer service through courteous and competent staff.
* Lead by example in demonstrating the four key behaviours of the Customer Service model.
Teamwork and Communications
* Support the club's objectives and foster a team environment.
* Encourage staff to share ideas and feedback to improve performance.
* Participate actively in management and departmental meetings, as well as staff forums and events.
