This individual is responsible for retention and client relationship management. The Assistant Account Manager works in tandem with the Account Manager/Executive to assist and ensure customer satisfaction by processing services requests in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare Renewal Letters and Questionnaire to be Reviewed by Account Manager, Follow-up for quotes i.e. Set up Activity Assist with Marketing by Gathering Information and Sending and Preparing Applications (Activity Follow-up for Quotes) Responsible for Completing Commercial Lines Checklist Request Experience Modifications and Worksheets from the Bureau Order Loss Runs Proofread Proposals, Submissions, Summaries, etc. for typographical errors Collate and Assemble Submissions, Proposals and Summaries of Insurance Set up Policy Files Set Up Books for Policies when required Prepare First Draft of Summary Data Entry & Invoicing in AMS360 Bond Processing & Invoicing in AMS360 Process Routine Endorsement Requests (Activity follow-up) Issue Vehicle Identification Cards Issue Certificates of Insurance (Account Manager responsible for setting up Master) Photocopy Order MVR's when needed Special Projects as assigned by the Account Manager/Executive Special Projects as assigned by the profit center manager Skills/Abilities : Independent/self-starter with an acute attention to detail. Professional appearance and customer service driven attitude. Ability to work under stressful conditions with frequent interruptions. Accuracy and speed are strong requirements. Organized and reliable. Prioritize and plan work activities. Capable of handling difficult customers. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision. Required Qualifications: Current Georgia Resident Property & Casualty Agent's license High School Diploma Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in risk management or similar field Professional Designation (CISR, CIC, ARM, etc.) Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Familiar with TAM or AMS 360 (agency management systems) or insurer websites preferred We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
