Clinical and Training Administrator
Location: Remote – Occasional Travel to Northampton
Fixed Term Contract – 9 Months (Maternity Cover)
Part Time - 32 Hours per week
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Clinical and Training Administrator to join our Clinical & Compliance team. This is a varied and fast-paced role responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical training, CPD events, and ensuring strong compliance standards across our practices.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate and administer all CPD, clinical training, and clinical induction events, including event creation, delegate management, speaker coordination, venue booking, invoicing, and certification.
Manage event communications, registrations, attendance tracking, feedback collection, and post-event reporting using platforms such as Eventbrite and SurveyMonkey.
Plan and support quarterly IDG and core training programmes in collaboration with Clinical Advisors, Group Leads, and the CCO.
Liaise with Invisalign representatives to organise courses, manage approvals and documentation, coordinate attendee communications, and oversee financial agreements.
Maintain clinical compliance processes, including updating the complaints tracker and completing monthly GDC checks.
Draft and coordinate the clinical newsletter in partnership with the CCO and Marketing team, ensuring deadlines are met.
Provide general administrative and ad hoc support to the Clinical Performance team to ensure high standards of clinical governance and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Essential :
Previous administrative experience in a busy environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability
Desirable
Experience using Eventbrite, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, and SurveyMonkey
