This is a part-time role, ideal for someone with experience in school finance systems such as SIMS and FMS, who can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the wider administrative function of the school.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and maintain financial transactions including invoices, purchase orders, and paymentsReconcile bank accounts and assist with budget monitoringUse SIMS and FMS systems for financial data entry and reportingManage supplier queries and ensure timely paymentsMaintain accurate financial records in line with school policies and audit requirementsSupport income collection processes (e.g. trips, dinners, and other school activity - Parent Pay experience is advantageous)Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
