OVERVIEW:
-Responsibilities include managing a caseload of care and public law cases, overseeing the progress of each file from start to finish
-This role involves travel to courts and other offices
-You will handle cases autonomously and conduct advocacy as required
-The appointed solicitor will assist senior team members while also guiding and supporting junior colleagues
-Applications are open to qualified solicitors with a minimum of 4 years' PQE and a strong background in public family law
