We are looking for full time staff to work 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 10.00am pm and the first Saturday of each month, 10.30am pm

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Activities Coordinator to join our team in a care home setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing engaging and stimulating activities for residents, particularly those requiring assisted living or dementia care.
Duties
- Plan, organise, and oversee a variety of recreational activities for residents
- Coordinate outings, events, and entertainment within the care home
- Collaborate with care staff to ensure activities align with residents' individual care plans
- Maintain accurate records of activities and resident participation
* Must be able to use a computer including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within a nursing home or care facility is essential
- Knowledge of complex residents and experience working with seniors is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to engage with residents, families, and staff effectively
