Group Marketing Manager
Lead the brand. Drive demand. Make a national impact. This is Group role within the Electro Group role. The successful candidate can be based out of any of our locations: Dublin 15, Lisburn, NI or Birmingham UK. Travel to our offices will be included in this role.

As we continue to grow and innovate, we're looking for a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and take our brand presence, performance and lead generation to the next level.
This is a senior, hands-on role for a marketing leader who enjoys both strategy and execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn marketing into measurable business results.
Social media is a key driver in this role — particularly LinkedIn. You'll be responsible for shaping our online presence, building consistency, creating high-performing content, and using social to strengthen our credibility, awareness and inbound opportunities.

THE ROLE
You'll take ownership of Electro Automation's marketing strategy and execution across all channels, ensuring everything we put into market reflects our quality, professionalism and ambition.
You'll work closely with senior leadership and internal teams, act as custodian of the brand, and lead and develop our Marketing Executive. This role is ideally suited to a strong B2B marketer, with experience across both B2B and B2C environments considered highly advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Research, develop and deliver comprehensive marketing strategies and tactical plans to promote the Electro Automation brand, products and services
* Lead and execute marketing across our channels including website, email campaigns, digital advertising, and social media (especially LinkedIn)
* Build a consistent and engaging social presence that supports brand credibility, customer engagement and lead generation
* Create persuasive, high-quality content across formats including social posts, articles, email campaigns and website content
* Apply current best practice across all marketing channels to keep our approach modern, effective and results driven
* Act as custodian of the brand, ensuring alignment with company values, identity and quality standards across all touchpoints
* Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product development and design to ensure marketing adds value across the business
* Lead, manage and coach our Marketing Executive to support growth, capability and performance
* Set and monitor marketing performance KPIs and provide reporting and data-driven recommendations to senior management
* Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources to maximise ROI
ABOUT YOU
You're a respected marketing leader who can operate confidently at both a strategic and operational level. You earn credibility quickly, bring clarity to priorities, and know how to translate brand activity into commercial outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred)
* Minimum 10 years' marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior marketing role
* Strong B2B marketing background (essential)
* Proven ability to research, build and implement marketing strategies and tactical plans
* Strong people leadership skills and experience coaching or managing others
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the business
* Strong writing and content capability — clear, engaging and persuasive across multiple channels
* Confidence managing and growing social platforms (especially LinkedIn) with a professional and consistent brand voice
* Experience with Google Ads, SEO and digital campaign execution
* Strong working knowledge of marketing analytics and performance optimisation
* Excellent project management skills — proactive, organised and deadline driven
* A creative, commercial mindset and a drive to deliver high-impact marketing outcomes
