We're looking for Temporary Contact Centre Assistants to join our team at Sutton Coldfield College over the summer period covering July, August and September.
The role will involve supporting the recruitment and enrolment activities for BMet in preparation for the upcoming academic year. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience by providing first-line customer service and managing incoming calls related to enrolment, courses, admissions, and finance. Additionally, you will provide a Contact Centre and Switchboard service that offers initial information to callers, including impartial advice, guidance, and signposting to other college services.
