We are seeking a professional and proactive Estates and Building Services Officer to support the effective management and operation of our estates and facilities services on our Lancaster campus.
Reporting to the Estates Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and operational support across the organisation's estate.
You will be trade qualified (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and have experience supporting and supervising maintenance services. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across a range of stakeholders.
