* Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Job Description:
As a Registered Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and directing the team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to all residents. Your responsibilities will include on-call duties, medication management, team leadership, and promoting a positive environment conducive to the well-being of all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and direct a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care services.
* Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff.
* Utilize your background in elderly and dementia care to provide specialized support.
* Facilitate team development and ensure staff training and progression.
* Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all interactions.
* Maintain a good understanding of CQC regulations and ensure compliance.
* Provide strong leadership and guidance to staff members.
* Flexibility in working hours, including awareness of night shift and weekend staff requirements.
* Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times.
* Manage staff schedules and rosters effectively.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care provision.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the healthcare sector.
* A background in elderly and dementia care is highly desirable.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage on-call duties effectively.
* Flexible approach to working hours.
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
* Commitment to providing high-quality care services.
* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
