Responsibilities of the Production Manager will include:
* Motivate a dedicated team of Machinists, planners, NDT and Technical employees fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development
* Implement KPIs and visual management tools to track and enhance productivity
* Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency
* Manage budgets with a focus on cost control and strategic investment
* Maintain accurate product stock levels to meet demanding production schedules
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximise machinery output, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards
We are looking for a Production Manager with the below skills & experience:
* Proven leadership experience, ideally in heavy engineering/CNC machining//manufacturing environments
* Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience in budget management
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and engage your team
