We are seeking a reliable, confident, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team and provide flexible cover support across schools in Mid Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and is keen to play a vital role in supporting their education.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task with pre-prepared work.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Build positive relationships with students, supporting their learning and wellbeing.
* Provide support across different subjects and year groups, offering variety and experience.

* Experience working with young people (e.g. in schools, youth work, tutoring, or similar settings).
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* A flexible and proactive attitude.
* Ability to engage and motivate students.
* A genuine interest in supporting education.
