Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The Nursery Manager will champion the highest standards of care and education for children, while fostering a positive and supportive work environment for staff.
Responsibilities:
* Provide robust leadership and management to the nursery team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

Requirements:
* Proven track record in a leadership role within a nursery or early years setting.
* Relevant qualification in early childhood education or childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or above).
