SEN Learning Support Assistant – Secondary School (Fareham)
Do you want to make a real difference to the lives of young people with additional needs? Teaching Personnel are looking for a SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in one of our partner secondary schools in the Fareham area.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about inclusion and keen to develop their skills in a supportive school environment. You’ll be working closely with pupils who require extra support, helping them to access learning and succeed both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
* Adapt resources and activities to meet individual learning needs.
* Encourage positive behaviour and support pupils’ social and emotional development.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff.
* Build strong relationships that help students feel confident and motivated.
We are looking for:
* Teaching Assistants or Support Workers with experience in SEN.
* Graduates interested in psychology, education, or teacher training who want to build classroom experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
