The Role
You’ll drive creative output across web, product, and brand design for a client roster that spans global tech innovators to early-stage startups. This means presenting work directly to stakeholders, facilitating feedback, and owning projects end-to-end rather than executing within pre-defined systems.
You’ll work as part of a core team of five full‑time designers, handling approximately 50% website work, 25% product design, and 25% branding – including intensive one‑month brand sprints that deliver complete packages. The studio’s partnership with a development firm has generated 25 projects with a major tech company over two years, creating scope for sophisticated digital work that balances creative ambition with technical execution.
You’ll help establish creative standards and processes as the studio scales, exploring new tools and visual approaches while providing constructive critique across collaborative, idea‑driven projects.
