Your day-to-day as Chef de Partie:
* Work alongside the Sous Chef to deliver high-quality meals with minimal waste
* Maintain food levels and brand standards across all services
* Prepare delicious dishes for pupils and staff, following menu recipe cards
* Support with kitchen checklists and post-service analysis
* Follow kitchen procedures and hygiene standards
* Take part in ongoing training and development.
What we’re looking for:
* A relevant culinary qualification
* Previous kitchen experience
* Food safety certification (or willingness to complete via our e-learning)
* Great communication and a team-first attitude.
Additional Requirements:
To be eligible, you must:
* Have the legal right to work in the UK
* Be able to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Group (PVG) clearance via Disclosure Scotland and MoD BPSS security clearance.
