We are working with a fabulous travel company that offers deeply crafted tailormade cultural travel experiences across the Middle East & North Africa now seeking an experienced Egypt and Jordan B2B Account Manager. With a great reputation in the industry our client offers a high-touch service, creativity, and ability to design journeys that feel both luxurious and meaningful.
This is an exciting role for a experienced luxury tailormade Egypt & Jordan Travel Specialist with travel sales experience seeking rewarding career with a great team and that offers development and a varied/exciting job role.

Egypt and Jordan B2B Account Manager / Travel Consultant Duties:
* Design and operate high end bespoke tailor-made journeys throughout Egypt, Jordan along with other destinations throughout North Africa and the Middle East based on client parameters including interests, style of travel and budget.
* Liaise with local suppliers, guides, drivers, hotels, and on-the-ground teams.
* Manage trip operations: confirmations, client documentation, adjustments, last minute problem solving.
* Communicate professionally, promptly, and warmly with clients (B2B) throughout the planning process and whilst on ground in destination.
* Maintain excellent documentation and attention to detail across all trip files.
Egypt and Jordan B2B Account Manager / Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements:
* Experience in arranging trips to Egypt in a luxury tailormade travel capacity within a tour operator is essential, Jordan experience also a strong plus. We would consider travel professionals who have worked in Egypt for a tour operator however our client doesn’t offer sponsorship thus full rights to work in the UK is key.
* Approachable & bubbly with excellent customer service skills.
* Strong understanding of trip budgeting, pricing structures, and financial accuracy.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage many moving parts at once.
* Responsive, accurate, and proactive communicator both verbally and in writing, with a warm and confident tone.

To be considered for the Egypt & Jordan Travel Specialist role the applicant must have from a travel background with strong Egypt knowledge in a luxury tailormade capacity.
