Supply Desk is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Worker to deliver tailored 1:1 support within a welcoming and inclusive school in High Wycombe. This is a full-time role where you’ll play a key part in helping a child thrive both academically and emotionally.

Your Role:
Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism (ASC)
Support learning through tailored interventions and structured routines
Help develop communication, social, and emotional skills
Work closely with teachers and SENCO to deliver personalised learning plans
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom
What We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting SEN pupils, ideally with Autism (ASC)
Patient, empathetic, and resilient personality
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Ability to build trusting relationships with pupils
Knowledge of phonics or structured learning approaches (desirable)
A genuine passion for helping children succeed
