About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for a real estate lawyer to join their commercial property team. Headed up by two partners, the commercial property team combines a wide range of legal and commercial skills, offering the full range of services required for the property industry, including practical commercial advice on sale & purchases, acquisitions, commercial leasing and development.
Responsibilities
* The role will involve managing and running existing client portfolios.
* Working with the partners on complex cases.
* Running your own client files whilst assisting clients to achieve their aims.
* Dealing directly with clients and meeting new people, as you provide a personalised legal service to their client base.
Qualifications
* Applicants must have commercial property experience.
* Ideally applicants will be circa 2-4 years post qualified although there is flexibility around this.
Required Skills
* Admitted as a Solicitor in Scotland
* Current and unrestricted practising certificate
* Experience working as a private practice commercial real estate lawyer
* Strong communications skills.
