Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for:
1. Developing a thorough understanding of the entire scope of work, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment, submittal and other requirements.
2. Coordinating subcontractors and managing on-site production
3. Preparing and maintaining a three-week look-ahead schedule for all activities on the job site
4. Maintaining daily reports & quality control by confirming that all equipment and material installed is what was submitted by subcontractor
5. Reviewing and adhering to project schedule
6. Project photos of all phases and features of work
7. Keeping entire job site in neat and orderly manner

The Successful Applicant
The right Project Manager has the following qualifications:
8. 3+ years of experience in Commercial Construction Project Management with a GC
9. Holds a Project Manager title (or Assistant PM ready to take the next step)
10. Proficient in reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
11. Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills
12. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
13. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
14. Confident utilizing construction softwares (Procore)
