Job Description
Our client is an established and reputable Commercial Finance brokerage. We have an exciting opportunity to join the business as their Head of Sales, where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales team, sales pipeline, deal closures, and team performance. This role is crucial in leading and developing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. We are looking for someone proactive and detail-driven with extensive Commercial Lending sales experience, with experience in a strategic sales management role.
This role will offer hybrid working, with 3 days a week from their London offices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruiting, training and managing sales consultants
* Provide coaching and mentoring to improve performance
* Creating and implementing sales plans and processes
* Tracking sales pipelines and analysing data to identify areas for improvement
* Monitoring targets and KPIs and motivating team members to achieve them
* Tracking and analysing sales statistics to create reports to provide insights to senior management and the team
* Co-ordinating with other departments (marketing, operations etc) to align sales efforts and improve business processes
