We are currently recruiting an EO2 for our client based in Armagh. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Rate of pay: £15.83PH
Duration: 3/29/2026 with possible extension
Hours of work: 37
Key Responsibilities:
The main duties of a Case Interventions team leader are:
1. Managing, controlling and tracking allocated work
* Manage team/individual caseload, to achieve business targets and objectives.
* Completion of Accuracy checks – proactively monitoring quality, to ensure adherence to procedures and guidance.
* Contacting customers and third parties, where appropriate.
* Completion of Management Checks (SAV), Management Information (MI) and complaints
* Collaboration with other teams to secure successful outcomes (eg UC SPOCs, SILs, Service Centres, Coleraine Decision Makers)
* Checking overpayments
* Ensure accurate recording on systems
* Ensuring health and safety procedures, incident handling and business continuity arrangement operate effectively.
**Please note the training will be held in Marlborough House, Craigavon. Candidate must be able to travel to this location **
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
2. 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English & 2 A Levels (Proof of certs required)
3. 12 – 18 months admin experience
4. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
5. Excellent communication skills.
