Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Quantity Surveying graduate to work within our cost management and Infrastructure teams, to help provide construction cost management services to our clients in the UK & Ireland and around the world. This is a new regional team looking to grow to support our key sectors such as Defence, Environment, Transport and Water.
Graduates will have the opportunity to work on local projects, as well as to interact with teams based across the UK and potentially further afield. They will be involved in all stages of a project – from initial project definition and brief, cost planning, through to procurement, construction and building use.
Key responsibilities will be divided across pre‑contract and post‑contract duties, and may include:
* Pre‑Contract:
o Cost modelling and cost planning
o Value and risk analysis
o Procurement tasks and managing tender processes
o Compilation of contract documentation
* Post‑Contract:
o Attendance at site progress meetings
o Completion of valuations
o Review and management of change control procedures
As a Quantity Surveying Graduate you will have the opportunity to assist in all of the above tasks and see projects from inception to completion on site.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (min 2:1 or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics (preferably RICS or SCSI accredited).
