We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Workers to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to children and young people.
* Provide emotional, social, and practical support tailored to individual needs.
* Help create and implement care plans, routines, and structured activities.
* Encourage independence, life skills, and positive behaviour.
* Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured living environment.
* Accompany or transport children to school, appointments, and activities.
* Keep accurate records in line with safeguarding and regulatory standards.
Requirements
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare – Essential.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle – Essential.
* Previous experience in residential childcare – Preferred but not essential.
* A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people.
* Resilient, empathetic, and proactive approach to care.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
