Key Responsibilities
You will handle a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
* Company formation, memorandum & articles of association
* Sale and purchase of companies and businesses
* Management buy-outs and buy-ins
* Venture capital investments
* Corporate restructuring and reorganisation
* Shareholder and partnership agreements & dissolutions
About You
* 1–4 years’ PQE as aCorporate SolicitororCommercial Solicitor
* Broad corporate and commercial experience
* Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
* Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
