As a HR Intern you support the Overseas HR Department and perform a variety of tasks in the field of general and various functions. Location: Uxbridge, London (Office-based) Job Description / Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations Assist in maintaining local sick leave, reimbursement, and holiday systems. Aid in tracking candidate onboarding preparation materials. Support coordination of new employee training and progress tracking. Assist in arranging candidate interviews and recording meeting minutes. Provide assistance in processing employee work visas and transfers. Help maintain various progress tracking sheets related to HR functions. Support processing of employee tax benefits. Recruitment & HR Administration Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn HRIS software. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Previous experience or coursework in HR is a plus, but not required.
