Reporting Accountant – Real Estate Group
Location: Central London (Hybrid, three days in the office)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 DOE + Bonus and excellent benefits

Robert Half is proud to be partnering with a leading international real estate investment and development group to recruit a Reporting Accountant into their growing finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified ACA accountant who is practice trained and has already gained at least six months of post-qualified experience in an industry-based finance role.
The position offers a broad remit, combining statutory and management reporting, business partnering, and transformation project involvement, including ERP system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver accurate and timely quarterly management reporting in line with Group requirements
* Provide clear and commercially relevant variance analysis against budget and forecast
* Prepare statutory accounts and support external audit processes
* Maintain and enhance internal financial controls and documentation
* Support month-end and quarter-end activities, including intercompany transactions and foreign currency adjustments
* Collaborate with overseas finance teams and third-party providers to ensure high-quality reporting
* Contribute to the implementation of new financial systems and reporting tools
Key Requirements:
* ACA qualified accountant, trained within a recognised accountancy practice
* Minimum of six months post-qualified experience in an industry finance role
* Strong understanding of statutory reporting, accounting standards and foreign currency processes
* Detail-oriented, with excellent technical accounting and analytical skills
* Confident Excel user with experience of finance systems such as Yardi, OneStream or similar
* Proactive, collaborative and commercially minded with a focus on continuous improvement
