Spray Painter - Day Shift
Growing Manufacturer of bespoke products for high end customers
Manpower is recruiting a Spray Painter to join our clients production team, playing a key role in the finished product of bespoke designs across wood and metal.

You'll be working on day shift which is x3 shifts per week, 2 weeks of Monday - Wednesday and 2 weeks Thursday - Saturday, with a shorter day on Saturdays
The Role
Preparing parts and assemblies for painting
Mixing paints and other materials to the correct specifications
Operating spray guns and applying paint to meet required standards
Using heat or oven techniques for drying and special finishes
Inspecting and separating non-conforming parts, reporting issues as required
Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment, tools, and the work area
Handling materials and carrying out minor maintenance duties
Following company processes, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
Supporting overtime and weekend work when required
What We're Looking For
Experience with spray painting in a manufacturing or workshop environment
Ability to follow technical specifications and work with precision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Willingness to learn, develop skills, and support the wider team
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
